Hermès Fit

In November 2021, HermèsFit came to NY as part of a campaign launched by the Group's Communication HQ.
I was able to support the NY event by managing the retail offer.
Leading up to the event, I attended site visits to review fixture capacities, IT equipment needs, asset protection protocols, and monitor project completion. I assisted in curating the stockroom of inventory for this event and was the point person for delivery, installation, and return of all product.
It was an incredible learning experience will also pushing the bounds of my bandwidth; this additional workload on top of my main deliverables was intense but I loved the challenge. I furthered my understanding of merchandising, event management, and warehouse logistics.
