In September 2022, Hermes opened it's new 40,000sf New York Flagship on Madison Avenue - also known as 'Maison Madison'. Of my contributions to all New Store Openings, this one was my favorite. I worked extensively as the cross-functional gatekeeper of progress amongst 12 corporate departments. For 2 years leading up I participated in floorplan reviews, construction progress, and leading retail operations. I meticulously prepared for the events and executive visitors we would host - the pressure to deliver excellence and specialty, lead me to me create an exact detailed replica of the store façade. The painstaking hours were worth it as the design has been cherished amongst the whole company.
