Erika in Paris!

In January 2023, I had the incredible opportunity to attend FW23 Podium. This event was the seasonal buy for what would be the Fall Winter 2023 Collection in stores. The buys are the heart of Hermès culture. They knit the retail network and all cross-functional departments together to discover the beauty of Hermès latest design inspirations. The store director of each retail store travels to Paris along with merchants and various other supporting corporate departments to view the collections in person and curate the best buy for their clientele.

My role in this event is to manage all logistics; hotel arrangements, travel support, procurement, vendor management, and accounting for invoice reconciliation. I support merchandising with pre-and-post buying support. Additionally, I will coordinate multiple on site events and supplementary travel such as tours of manufacturers in Switzerland and Italy. I've masterfully managed multiple concurrent lists with meticulous attention to detail to ensure the success of all business happenings
